Future collaborators,

I’m Albert. You know, the cocker spaniel who juggles keys, bookings, and neatly folded sheets.

My human is 32 years old and has been a property owner in Normandy, in the Cotentin region, and in the Paris area for 3 years. She has faced the same hassles as you: unreliable service providers, poorly done cleaning, and messages getting lost in the void. I said enough! I decided to help her by creating my own concierge service to manage her properties and yours. I want every traveler to feel at home and every host to sleep soundly.

Here’s why I am a good concierge:

I am attentive to details:

Just as an English cocker spaniel is attentive to the details of its environment, an Airbnb concierge is vigilant to ensure everything is in order in the property they manage. Details such as cleaning, bed preparation, and the availability of supplies are essential to guarantee a pleasant experience for travelers.

I adapt to all situations:

I am a flexible dog capable of handling various traveler requests, whether it’s changes in arrival times or specific needs.

I am a warm host:

As a friendly dog, I greet travelers with kindness and ensure they feel welcome from the moment they arrive.

I communicate effectively:

I’m known for being a dog who loves to bark (and a bit stubborn too), so I’m capable of responding quickly to travelers' messages and solving problems efficiently.

I manage the customer service.

I work to make people's experience more enjoyable, whether it's by offering warm cuddles or ensuring everything is perfectly in place for travelers.

Voilà, I hope I have convinced you with my abilities, which I believe are in line with my new profession.

Ps : I was just joking, it’s my human who

takes care of everything

And no, she doesn't take me to work with her, even when I give her my cocker eyes.
