In case of an emergency, we immediately communicate with the tenant and the landlord. We ensure that all parties are informed of the situation. If necessary, we contact local emergency services (police, fire department, etc.) to intervene promptly on site. We keep the landlord informed of the situation and work with them to resolve the emergency in the best possible way. After the emergency, we follow up to ensure that everything is resolved properly and that the tenant is satisfied.

In addition to the Host Guarantee, it is recommended that owners subscribe to specific insurance for Airbnb rentals. This insurance is designed for owners who do not reside in the rented property. It generally covers property damage, loss of rental income, and liability. This provides extra protection in case of unforeseen incidents.
Airbnb offers a Host Guarantee that provides free protection for repeated short-term rentals of your primary residence, limited to 120 days per calendar year (from January 1st to December 31st). If this limit is exceeded, you will need to obtain authorization to change the use of your primary residence to a furnished tourist accommodation.
