Management fees:
You earn 80% of the revenue generated by the rentals, ALBERT takes only 20% commission, excluding cleaning fees.
Cleaning fees:
Are paid by the travelers during the booking process on the platforms.
All revenues go directly into your account!
At the end of each month, Albert sends you its monthly invoice including its 20% commission + the cleaning fees incurred during the period.
